9.1 megapixels are missing

\015 Hi, I bought last year a TZ5.Realy a fine camera... After my travel from Thailand, I saw that picture size from 9.1 megapixels is missing on my TZ5. (I have only 7.5, 5.5, 3.5, 2.) I was on a site to download the 1.2 version with the hope that it will solve the problem... But still I see this problem. How can I help myself to resolve this? Thanks to help me!Frank.\015

In which mode is this, sounds like you're in one of the "scene modes"
when in normal mode, or in "Intelligent Auto" mode you should be
able to select all megapixel modes. (9Mp is only available in 4:3 mode)

Data missing Just got home from a 3 month trip and found that there is a chunk of missing pictures and video from the memory stick I had in my Sony digital video camera (model # TRV 22). The strange part of this is that the missing photos/video are in the middle of the trip. I have 1600 pictures that were taken before and after this large chunk of data. Do you have any idea what could have happened and how I might be able to retrieve the information? Thanks, Laurie

I was taking pictures when I get the message 'Card cannot be read'. I turned it off and back on and the missing pictures were there. I then get the message 'Out of memory'. I turn the camera off and back on and the missing pictures are gone again. WHERE ARE THEY???

Pictures missing some (not all) of pictures taken end up missing from the camera ; they can't be viewed on the camera or loaded into my pc. I know the pics were there but missing later. this has happened with two separate memory cards so I know it's not a card problem. I've had the camersa a few years and this is the first problem. One of the memory cards intermittantly comes up with a "memory card error" message but not the card that was exclusively in use when the problem first showed itself.

If you haven't done so yet, take one of the cards, reformat it correctly (please ask again if you need info on how to do this) and see if you get any change.\015\012\015\012Are you using a PC card reader to transfer the photos or a USB cable?\015\012 ... Canon PowerShot S1 IS Digital Camera
