Problem importing photos

\015 Hi there,I'm not sure if you can help me or not, but here's hoping! I've got a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FSR and using an Acer laptop on Vista and whenever i import photos it never gives me the options of which photos to import, it just imports them all. I've got about 300 photos on my camera and if i just want to import the last ten i have to upload all 300 every single time. I've tried fixing the settings on my computer but nothing seems to give me the option of changing it, so i'm not sure if it's something i have to change on my camera? Do you have any suggestions? Many thanks for your help.Amy\015

It's hard to say without knowing exactly what software you're using, but one way to work around this is to get a second memory card and swap the one in the camera.

\015\012I'm guessing that you want to keep the 290 or so pictures on the card so you can show them to other people using the screen. Otherwise it would be better to just delete the pictures after you copy them to the PC.
\015\012
\015\012You could also tell it not to copy any of them, and then use Vista to copy just the ones you want to the hard drive.

I have a GE 8.0 megapixel camera E840s. Have always been able to download pictures onto computer with no problems. Now after connecting to computer, my camera says "connecting" but doesn't do anything. Then I get a message about options and if I pick "import photos" it will then begin to import ALL photos which are already on the computer rather than the most current. We deleted many photos to make room, thinking this would help. What's my problem? Thanks.

I shot once and then I have to wait to take the next photo, because the flash is shown to be busy and therefore I tend to lose a lot of interesting and important moments. I have a Polaroid digital camera I got in May that came with a PoGo printer. It all works fine, but I've misplaced the manuals, and when I go to import photos to my Mac, I get nothing. I don't know what the correct "mode" is to import, I've never had this problem before with any camera and my Mac, usually it instantly shows as a source. Do the settings for the PoGo printer disable the Mac to connect as a source? If so, what "button" do I push to allow it to be recognized. It's a pink Polaroid, 1
