My camera says my 'memory card is protected'.. how do I take this off?
\015 Hi there.. I need help ASAP. I haven't been able to take any photographs because my camera screen says... The memory card is protected. It won't allow me to take any photos nor delete anything I have on it. It's frustrating me because I use my camera so often ~ well, I used to. I have no idea where I have put my manual.. so please can anyone help me?! I really hope so. Thank you.\015
SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card. If the switch is already in the proper position, slide it fully the other way and then back again.
