\015 Hi my daughter received a samsung s860 from santa and when you go to look at photos it goes on file error, then when she goes to take a movie it sticks on standby and you cannot turn it of or anything you can only take out the batteries.What is wrong with this camera.thanks\015

Format the memory card
before you do make sure that you have a copy of the files saved in the memory card

*formatting the memory card will delete all the files saved in it

go to MENU> SET UP > FORMAT

check the size of the memory card you are using, make sure that it is not more than 2GB, the camera might have problems reading the card

We found an old Sony Cybershot DSC - S30 camera laying around in our office. I was going to let my young son play with it as he would like a digital camera.
