Having problems with your Sanyo Digital Cameras ?

I have a Sanyo Xactiphoto and video camera. I fear I have lost 8 Gig of pictures, however, it may be there but I am not accessing it correctly. I know I used up all the memory and I get a message on activating the camera telling me something like 'star two the internal memory". Is it possible that the card is full and the camera has reverted to the internal memory? If so, how do I retrieve the data on the card? Thanks. Nick

Answers :

You can check the contents of the card by inserting it into a computer's card reader (cheap to purchase if needed). This will confirm if there is any data on the card.

I have a Kodak easyshare m320 which I recieved today. I bought an SD card to go with it because the internal memory is really small. Near the card port, it says it accepts SD cards, and it also says this on the manual, but the card I bought for it is not being read by the camera. I can put the card in my computer and it works fine, though, so I don't know what the problem is. Do I need to do something to my camera in order to make it use the card rather than internal memory?

I have an Olympus FE-340 digital camera. About a week ago I got a message that my memory card was full after I had deleted all of the photos in the memory. Olympus D-435 Our camera has been working fine until last week when we started getting this error message - memory full on a blue screen when we had taken only one photo (and deleted all previous photos). Thinking there was a problem with the memory card, we removed it and used only the camera's internal memory which worked for a short while - allowing us to take 12 shots - but now it will only let us take 1 shot before giving us the error message.
