Viewfinder internal lens array found rattling inside the Camera

\015 Very strange. The lens system that sits between the mirror and the eye piece has become detached. There are a number of rectangular plastic \015\012lenses and what I think are two rectangular metal spring mounting clips, same size as the lenses.. Camera is two months out of warantee and has not been dropped it is used as a spare so has spent most of it's life in a cupboard.\015\012\015\012I have been quoted \302\243200 to re-fit the items. half an hours work I would have thought. Can this job be done by a person with a steady hand and lots of patience. In what order do the items need to be re-fitted ?\015

I have a Canon Digital Rebel XT camera using a 75-300mm telephoto lens. My problem with the lens is that at times it is hard to adjust the focus either manually or automatically with the camera. I hear something rattling around inside the lens and at times the lens will not auto-focus and I have to remove the lens and manually twist it to get it back to some normal operation. Is this fixable or do I need a new lens?

My Fuji A210 has slowly stop functioning. It will display pictures but in the photo mode it will open the lens and then turn off. I found that if I apply an external voltage to the voltage jack on the outside of the camera and I increase the voltage from 3V to 3.6V this camera works great. Just as it did when new. It seems to me that something in the camera has increased in resistance to cause the internal logic to not function. [email protected]

I have a Olympus C-750 UltraZoom. I was taking pictures and everything was normal, but then I noticed the viewfinder was blurry. I was walking through a tunnel under a river and I thought the temperature had changed enough to cause the lens to fog up. However, after cleaning the lens, the blurriness was still there. I could look through the photos on the camera and the photos taken prior to noticing the blurriness are clear and look great. After two days of being inside at room temperature,

I have an older pair of zoom lense Bushnell binoculars, 40mm with 7 to 21 power. I used to have a cabin in a very humid, mildewy area of Florida and it seems that the mold (mildew) has found its way into the lens whereupon it really messes up the viewing. I took the end pieces off and cleaned the insides with camera lens cleaning items and that helped, but I think the eye pieces need to be removed to finish the job. How do you do that? I'm not sure they are screwed onto the body! Has anyo

Overheat I have owned the Digital Rebel XT (Black Body) for three months now and have found what may be a serious problem for anyone wanting to use this camera out-of-doors in direct sunlight. The temperature specification on the camera reads 32 to 104F. This is NOT ambient temp. This appears to be internal temp of the camera. Using the camera in ambient temperatures above 90F with the camera in direct sunlight causes the case (and internal temp) to rise to a staggering 120F in only 25 minutes.
