Having problems with your Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T9 Digital Camera ?

I took about 200 pictures before my sony cyber shot indicated I had a format error. I took memory stick to a photo store and they tried using two different programs and couldnt recover any of my pictures. Another company wants $350.00 to recover my pics. Does anyone have and suggestions? I really want my vacation pictures but I dont want to spend to much $$$

Hey. I bought a new camera some days ago with a new Digix 4gb SDHC memory card. I went to Disney World and took normally a lot of pictures.
