When I connect my camera to my computer, it appears to be empty. I have over 1000 photos on it which show on the camera screen, but the computer sees none. I have even tried downloading the drivers and 'Nikon transfer' package from the disk that came with the box. I am using windows xp. Why does my computer not read the camera? I have a Nikon d100. I have a 2GB Sandisk Extreme III that was full. I transferred the photos to my computer. Trashed the files on my computer so the card was empty.
