Hi,

\012The solution depends upon the Operating System. There are many options for transferring the images from the Camera to the Computer. You can either use the supplied Software for transferring the images to the Computer or with the help of Windows Explorer.
\012Let's try to set the Camera in PTP/MTP Mode and check if it the computer detects the Camera as a Removable Drive. To set the PTP/MTP Mode, select the USB Connect option from the Main Settings 2 Menu of the Camera.
\012If the Camera is detected as a Removable Drive in the Computer window, then open the DCIM Folder to copy all the images.
\012If the Software is installed in the Computer, then the Import Media Files screen of the Picture Motion Browser appears automatically.
\012Click on Import option to import the images. By default, images are imported into a folder created in Pictures folder that is named with the date of importing.
\012
\012This should help you in transferring the images.

\012Thanks for using FixYa.
