Having problems with your Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W190 Digital Camera ?

My flash is too bright that people's faces in the photo seem yellowish white. I've previously used 2 digital cameras and none of them had that kind of problem. I've changed some settings but couldn't fix the problem. any suggestions?

Answers :

If you use external flash, first u should measure ur flash power, then adjust your camera, if not u should check your camera ISO sensivity.

I think I'm going to explode if I hear one more "worn out battery" explanation for what seems to be a pretty common complaint. This is my 3rd camera...all ending up with the same problem. I've had the Canon Power Shot A570 for less than a year. Someone suggested changing the settings...but even with brand spanking new batteries, I can't even get it to last long enough to get into the settings. There is clearly a problem here that has NOTHING to do with the blasted batteries.

Sounds like you have a faulty board in the camera or it could be something as simple as a software upgrade, I know some of the Fuji Hine Pix had the same problem and it was the software. Take it back to the Canon. ... Canon PowerShot A520 Digital Camera

Autofocus malfunction Never had a problem with extreme close-up.  This morning went to take a detail shot and the focus no longer worked.  This happened in all settings. Nothing changed when I tried to reset autofocus settings.  Still completely blurry.  All other kinds of pictures sharp-distant, middle distant.  I bought the camera for it's macro-abilities.  Help!

Hi, I have just bought the Panasonic FZ45 and seem to have a problem with the flash. It will not pop up automatically when in "IA" mode. The display actually shows the symbol indicating that the flash is forced off. Have tried to change this using the REC set up menu but to no avail (incidentally the option to force the flash off appears in the user manual, but not on the REC menu). I have searched some of the forums on the web and it has been suggested that the FZ45 does not have an auto fla

Whenever I take a photo, or try to, my Nikon D2H focuses and refocuses without actually getting a clear photo and won't let me snap a shot. Is there a setting that may have gotten changed to create this kind of problem? Or is there another way I can fix it?

Pmlemar, \015\012\015\012It sounds like a problem with the auto focus. You can narrow this down with some different tests.\015\012\015\012\015\0121) Try turning off auto focus and taking a picture. If that works then try\015\012 ... Nikon D2H Set Digital Camera

The shutter speed priority setting on my Canon 40D keeps jumping to a different speed that I haven't set. E.g - set at 200, jumps to 25 when I go to take a photo. I have spoken to Canon regarding the problem and they have suggested that I clear the user settings. This initially solved the problem for all of an hour, but the problem has now started up again. I'll probably be sending it in, as I think it might be a problem with the hardware, just thought I'd check here first. Any suggestio

Color problem The same issue as the one who asked about the color problem. We bought this Olympus FE-280 Digital Camera March 2008 i think. It started to have this color problem last month which is April. The problem is whenever I turn on the camera the screen has this red violet color and it doesn't capture good photos. What do you think is the problem? How can I solve this? I already tried removing the battery and the memory card and tried changing the settings but still it never changes. Help

Over exposure The exposure settings on the camera have suddenly become fixed - I can't change them either through fixing shutter speed, OEV, or any other settings. Even tried a factory reset by selecting 'initialize' from the menu, but the problem persists. High or low exposure settings are visible on the viewfinder (i.e. changing the settings shows the picture getting darker or lighter on the screen), but once the picture is shot, it's fixed at an overexposed state.

Exposure problem Hi,i'm using EOS 1dMK2 for 5 months now & i've noticed the same problem i've had using D60,1D wich is when i set the camera to top ISO speed & high speed continous shooting almost every second shot is underexposed for 1 stop, stangely this only happens indoor under tungsten or flourescent light.I've also tried to:set custom white ballance, shoot raw ,change lenses, set manual exposure & aperture. Has anyone else noticed this ? P.S. Parameters for both pictures are 1/250sec, f4 ,

If you set your meter based on the white (or substantially white) wall, as per the attachment, I would expect the image to be underexposed. ... Canon EOS-1D Mark II Digital Camera

Not really sure if this is a problem? I have an Olympus E-500 and E-510. When I changes settings on the E-500 (ISO, White Balance, Auto-Focus Mode etc.) it remembers them when I switch it off. The E-510 doesn't. Is it supposed to work this way or is there an obscure setting I need to change? It remembers the time and date and the quelity settings ok. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.
