Having problems with your Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W55 Digital Camera ?

I have a Sony cybershot DCS-W5. Recently when I have taken photos some of them look as if parts of the shot are double exposed with previous photos or have parts of the same picture mixed up. In addition some shots when previewed on the screen are reduced to a small square and if I try and increase the size I get message 'image size over'. This has only stared happening when I bought a new stick. I have to use an adapter because Sony stick are now smaller than previous types.

Answers :

Kindly format the mem stick in Laptop or card reader and then format once in Camera menu options thru Format command and then see this actually it seems like file format has corrupted or after u bought this stick new

and one more thing if u still have errors after format then pls replace mem stick with correct specs i think first u got a big one like M Stick

and now u got MS DUO which is small and u are using adapter which is not recommended in these cameras kindly buy stick according to the specs the small stick u have is may be not compatible with ur camera use the same specs same size , large capacity

pls Rate me WELL !

Using Sony CD-Rs I continue to get Disc Error messages after a few pictures, and then the pictures already taken are no longer available for download. Loosing many photos this way. Put in a new disc and it works for a while only to do this again. Had some previous problems similar to this with Memorex CD-RWs but it is getting worse and worse. Is this a repairable defect? This is a fairly new camera. Wish I had a memory stick instead of the CD memory!!
