2.To reset the Camera, select the INITIALIZE Option from the SET UP1 Menu of the Camera to OK.

If you're not able to access the menu option in the Camers, try this:
Power Reset the Camera and check if it helps
To Power Reset the Camera, please remove the Battery Pack from the Camera and then press the POWER button for 30 seconds.Then, reinsert the Battery Pack after 1 minute and check if that helps.
Please Power Reset the Camera and I am certain that it should resolve the issue. If the issue still persists after Power Resetting the Camera, then it requires service.

If the subject is moving AT ALL, the pic comes out blurry. There are other settings, but the one I want is the one that will take pics of my kids and not be blurry.
