\015 Been lent panasonic NV-DS55B video camera. need to record film on my computer. my computer doesnt appear to have a fire wire socket. camera did come with a panasonic av one touch station vsk0561 that has s video output and some other edit socket i have ** leads though. what leads should i get how can i get video on my computer.thank you steve\015
Do you have a video/tuner card that can receive a video input? With ** av in, or firewire on your computer, you can't without purchasing additional hardware.

Today when i connected my camera to my computer i thought of copying pictures from my pc to my camera. I opened 'My Computer' and opened the folder of my camera. There I pasted one of my photos. I have a Sony Cyper-shot 8.1 mp camera and I can view the pictures on the camera but I can't upload them to my computer. Hi I got quick question. I have Canon Eos III camera. And I have little problem with it. When I want to copy pictures from my camera to my computer it says on computer that there are no pictures on my camera. and when I'm checking the camera the are pictures on the card. that's the first time it happens. I have copied the photographs from the 4 Gb memory card to the computer (170 picture) but now when I insert the memory card back into the camera I receive the message "No valid picture to play" and can only take a photo to built-in memory. USB connection The computer cannot access the Memory Stick® media in the camera when connected with the USB cable. I connect the camera to my computer using the USB, then after 10 seconds its says there is no device connected to the computer, and then it gives me option to cancel, retry, or continue but it usually connects automatically itself again. EOS Utility I purchased a Rebel Xsi, and installed the software. Upon connecting my camera to my computer, and launching the EOS Utility, the options to download the images, select images, or camera settings are shaded out. In order to transfer pictures, I have to go into "My Computer", open up the camera and copy and paste it. Yesterday I took some pictures and when I reviewed on camera they all show up. However when I go to download on computer, one photo wont show up. It just shows as an icon.
