Hello

My\012 apologies if this message finds you long after posting this problem , \012but I am currently working through a backlog of problems that never got \012answered and hopefully this info can still be of use if not now possibly\012 in future.

Please download Disc Digger HERE.\012 This is a free tool you can use that works very well and there is no \012installation required, just run the program once you downloaded it.

Once\012 you have connected the memory card to the computer via either the \012camera or preferably with a usb card reader , run the program.

On\012 the program , select the dig deep option for accidentaly deleted files \012or dig deeper for a formatted card. Then select the card you want to do \012the recovery on and run the program.

The data will be displayed \012and you can recover it from there. This will only work if the card has \012not been used since the pictures were lost. Save the files to a location\012 on the computer hard drive and not back to the memory card as this will\012 overwrite the other pictures that still needs to be recovered.

Some of the properties of the files may become lost in the recovery but the pictures should be fine.

Feel free to ask if you need more assistance.

Kind Regards
Andrea

Card Error Hello. I am having a problem with my camera reading my card. My card was working fine. I took the card out to have the pics saved onto a disk. When I put my card back in my camera it first said that the card was full but it would not pull up any pictures. So I panicked because I thought I had lost all my pictures and I went back to Target and checked out my card to see if it still had pictures on it. It did....so I saved all the pictures to a cd and I was then going to delete th

I took several pictures with my camera and after I downloaded them, even though I did not erase them they are not visible on the card. Now, new pictures are not saved to the SD card, only to the
