You can format the SD card in your ViviCam 3785.

\015\012This utility formats the internal memory (or memory card) and erases all stored images and data. Make sure your SD card is in the unlocked position.
\015\0121. Press the button to turn on your ViviCam 3785.
\015\0122. Press the MODE button twice to enter Playback mode. Then press
\015\012the button to enter the Playback menu.
\015\0123. Select [Delete] by using the up/down arrow buttons, and press the OK button.
\015\0124. Select [Format ] by using the up/down arrow buttons, and press the OK button.
\015\0125. If you want to format your SD memory card or the internal memory choose
\015\012[OK] by pressing up/down arrow buttons, then press the OK button to confirm.
\015\012\001 To cancel the action, select [Cancel] instead.
\015\012\001 [No Image] pops up after the SD memory card or internal memory
